I'm not 100% on this but isnt it held in with a little rivet? if you take that out (probably drill) then you should be able to get the lock barrel out, might be tricky wirh no key though

Yes drill out job. Rivet and little fat washer secures the lock in place....but those are only designed to stop it popping out when the key is actually evident. I have drilled loads of these out. Quite easy. You'll just need to source a replacement lock barrel and keys first, loads on ebay - O.E is Neimann (Germany). Honestly it is easy peasy.

Is the key broken off inside or key missing totally ? ? ? ? With a bit of luck as the key is in this take out the rivet and washer and the barrel should come out I would WD40 that barrel up and use a dentist pick to get the key out
