I look forward to the thread on improvements to Mr Hondas Engine - think this one should have a super charger on it

Be inspired by the Merlin (later development). You did get the engine from "Bomber Country". Four of em on the Lancaster!

Four of em on the Lancaster! but not supercharged on the Lancaster? supercharged on the spitfire though. mind you when you've got 27 litres to play with you've got plenty of power to drive the supercharger. I'd honestly think nitrous would be the way to go with an SD engine, wonder if the dummies in westminster accounted for automotive use nitrous when they brought in the ban? from memory the automotive stuff has sulphur dioxide in it and you really dont want to sniff that or propel your whipped cream with it either

*trying to work out what motorway goes by Lincoln, close enough to see it 🤔 easy, none of em, the cities own bypass/ring road is fairly well removed from lincoln itself too, so much so that the locals, I'm told, dont use it that much, easier to go through the city

I know that is now quicker to go through Newbury itself, than take the bypass

ugh! remember boys and girls if you dont have a torque wrench just use your largest breaker bar, it'll be fine. the bridge piece that clamps the crankshaft was a bit tight... miss matched balance weights, early and later type, not really a problem just an observation the only real problem I'v found is this bolt, fingers crossed theres enough meat on the casing to get a timesert in
