Just recieved my side casings back from polishing. I'm going to send them for cerakoting to fill in the black around Lettering. Looking at my others, I'm not sure whether its satin or Matte. Pretty certain its Satin, but would appreciate a confirmation. Thanks

I have a NC with the black engine and it is 100% Satin, the infill is the same So the cerakote company can't do it, did you use high temp paint? I've got some single coat self etching paint that might do the job, but unsure how it will get on with the heat

I think the case does not get anywhere close to that. ( Can't find the ebay source at the moment.) The intricate part was knocking off the shine, without scuffing the polished letters.

Thanks John, I suspected this. I'm going to have a word with another guy who used to do my cerakote, hopefully he can do it. Otherwise, I can use my satin paint I've got on the shelf. Appreciate the responses!
