Hi all I bought the new large rubber washer/cover which protects the bearings etc on the rear wheel, however I cant seem to get it on I believe it goes over the metal washer then you pop the circlip on but it's proving difficult..... Anyone have any wisdom?

You mean the large inner diameter and larger external diameter rubber "cover" that fits on the large thin washer and over the large circlip ?
Well grease the sprocket "collar" and iron hub on rear wheel, as well as some on the drive pins and alloy wedges marked "up", but not on the rubber cush drive segments.
I use molygrease.
Fit the plastic disc, sprocket, washer and circlip making sure the washer sits over the rear wheel iron hub properly.
Then with a lightly greased rubber seal, fit it as you would a tyre making sure the washer sits in the rubber seal groove, and the rubber seal sits properly all the way round.
It's akin to fitted a bycycles tyre, but can be a little bit "aukward" but is doable. 😊
The drive pin nuts do tend impead proper fitment and some coaxing/patience is needed.

Thanks, yup it's a real ball ache as the nuts are roght in the way I shall persevere!
